URGENT ACTION REQUIRED!

SANDROCK BENDS PLANNING APPLICATION HAS RESTARTED.

Protect Our Greenspaces. Prevent Flooding.
The last link between St. Helen's Woods and the wider countryside.

Due to the restarting of the planning application, we have launched an online petition. Please, if possible, would you sign and share it with as many as possible? Thank you for helping protect our green spaces.

We are a group of local residents who are campaigning to save a patch of land between St. Helen's Woods and The Ridge from development.

A proposal from land developer Gladman Ltd. is under consideration by Hastings Borough Council for a new housing estate of 65 houses on this land, known as Sandrock Bends.

65 Houses, Zero Corridor

Save Sandrock Bends are highlighting the significant environmental impacts and urgent concerns about infrastructure and increased traffic for the wider Hastings community. We are working with experts to address these issues. Residents are strongly encouraged to sign up for updates and provide feedback to the council and developers to ensure public concerns are understood.
